Zuckermann makes good old-fashioned treats for a modern-day world. We combine pure, natural ingredients with time-honored techniques to create legendary confections like salted caramels, bean-to-bar chocolates, and fun, flavorful bonbons. With a focus on in-house production and elegant yet playful branding, Zuckermann is a new confectionery concept aimed at a contemporary audience looking for indulgence with a modern twist.


2024

Doughnut Time began as a hole-in-the-wall in Brisbane in 2014 and quickly grew into one of Australia's most loved brands, with stores in Sydney and Melbourne, as well as pop-up experiences at sporting events and music festivals.

Three years later, Doughnut Time UK was born, with our first store on London's Shaftesbury Avenue and now in over 15 locations across the UK.

After our doughnuts proved a huge success in Australia and the UK, Doughnut Time is now ready to spread the love in Germany with our first store at TV Tower Berlin!

Mister Fitz’s Finest Ice Cream is a nostalgic nod to old-fashioned ice-cream parlors, but with a modern twist. Handcrafted in-house using original recipes, our ice cream is rich, creamy, and made from the finest ingredients, including fresh milk, cream, and free-range eggs. Whether served in cones, stuffed between cookies, or scooped onto decadent brownies, our ice cream is perfect for indulging your sweetest desires. With fun, retro-inspired flavors like Hypnotize (banana, brown sugar, bacon) and The Grandmaster (chocolate), Mister Fitz is all about reimagining the classics with a playful edge.

Alfred and Constance is a beloved neighborhood hub housed in two charming, historic Queenslander homes. With cozy nooks for relaxed dining and lively bars for socializing, it’s the perfect spot for any occasion. From brunch to late-night cocktails, Alfred and Constance’s welcoming vibe and fresh menu make it a must-visit destination for locals and visitors alike.

A tribute to the French art of steak frites, Les Bubbles offers a simple but unforgettable dining experience. Kwan Brothers is where Asian street food meets modern dining. Housed in an industrial space once home to a noodle factory, this eclectic warehouse bar and eatery is a sensory overload of colour, flavour, and sound. From bao sliders to grilled skewers, Kwan Brothers takes classic Asian dishes and reinvents them with bold, contemporary twists.
